Orange Blossom Panna Cotta

serves 4

1/4 cup Orange Blossom Water
1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1 pinch salt
2 teaspoons unflavoured gelatine

In a small bowl add orange blossom water and gelatine leave aside to soften.
Heat milk until you have bubbles forming all around the edges of the saucepan.
Add gelatine mixture to the milk and stir until dissolved, add orange juice and salt.
Pour into custard cups and let set overnight. You can serve in custard cup or unmold each onto dessert plates
