Seasoning Mixes

Dominican Natural Seasoning Dominican Sazón -Dominican Sazón, also known as Sofrito is a mixture of herbs and
vegetables that is used to dress up all manner of dishes. It can be
made from fresh produce and used on rice, bean, fish, chicken or meat
dishes.
Garam Masala Recipe -This
is a medium hot (to north American palats), aromatic Indian spice
blends. Garam Masala is indispensable to Indian cooking. There are as
many different recipes for it as there are cooks who make curry. Premade
versions are widely available, this homemade version is more fragrant
and, of course, fresher.
Herbs de Provence - As with Curries in India every experienced French cook has a different recipe for herbs de Provence. This is a good basic recipe to start with. It goes great in salads, fish, chicken, beef and pork.
Herbs de Provence with Chili Fakes - This is a wonderful addition for Potato Base soups and stews. Tradition with a little kick. Of course you can skip the chili flakes for a more conservative palate.
