Cabbage with Cider

Serves 4

1/4 of a cabbage, shredded
1 small onion, chopped
1 small carrot, shredded
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup apple cider

Heat skillet on medium and add oil, add onion, cabbage and carrot. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and cider, stir mixture while cooking until cabbage starts to wilt, and liquid has evaporated.
Serve with Pork.
