Oven Fries
serves 3-43 large potatoes, scrubbed and dried
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
2 tablespoons chopped dry parsley
2 tablespoons chopped dry parsley
salt to taste
Preheat the oven to 400°.
Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise. Then cut the halves lengthwise into 3 to make 18 big wedges.
Use your fingers and toss the potatoes with the olive oil, paprika, chilli powder, garlic powder and pepper in a large bowl. Place the potatoes onto a metal baking sheet, spreading to a single layer.
Roast the potatoes for 30-35 minutes, until the potatoes are cooked through and golden brown. Remove from oven and salt to taste.
