Italian Seasoning



Italian Seasoning




















Makes: one cup

3 tablespoons dried basil
3 tablespoons dried oregano
1 tablespoons dried rosemary
2 tablespoons dried marjoram
1 tablespoons dried coriander
1/2 tablespoon dried fennel
1/2 tablespoon granulated garlic
2 tablespoons dried thyme
2 tablespoons dried savoury
1 tablespoons red pepper flakes

In a blender, spice mill or mortar and pestle, combine all herbs and spices. Blend for 1 minute, or until desired consistency is achieved.
